A joint project with Yamagata City, Yamagata Prefecture and the Graduate School of Project Design,Yamagata Creation Project Research", a lecture was given on the design of materials to be used in the presentation of business plan proposals formulated by researchers.

Slides before and after the remake
Although the remake took a short time, the team learned the know-how to make it easier to read at a glance.
Instructor's comment
- The slides are easy to read because the information is well-organized and the eye flow is simplified.
- The UD font was also used before the remake, but by changing to a Gothic font in the UD font to match the impression we wanted to convey, we were able to successfully create a business-like feel.
- We had been using a lot of pictograms, but by paring them down to the visuals that were truly necessary, the information became easier to convey.
Instructor's comment
- After considering whether the photos would provide effective information, I decided to use only text, which resulted in slides that quickly conveyed the information I really wanted to convey.
- By making full use of jump rates, we are now able to visually communicate the priority of information.
