Changes in materials after participating in the training session

Mr. Ishiyama used the know-how he gained from his training at our company to remake the "YouTube video guide to be posted on Yamagata City's official Facebook page." First, let's take a look at the before and after of the remake.

  • By limiting the number of elements to one, the layout makes it easier to understand the content and get people interested, even in an environment like social media where people have little time to view each piece of content.
  • Emphasize elements by using font size and weight (thickness of font).By doing this, we were able to clearly communicate what we wanted to communicate: the content of the posts and what is published on YouTube.

Morisawa:
At first, the layout was such that it was difficult to understand the content without reading the text, but the After design has a layout that conveys at a glance the content and the fact that videos can be viewed on YouTube.

By using jump rates and weights to highlight important parts, the material is easy to understand and to get people interested in, even on social media, where there is a wealth of diverse information.

What do you think? Comparing the before and after, you can see that it's now easier to grasp the content in a shorter amount of time. The ability to distribute information via social media, which is important for getting people interested in a short amount of time, has improved.
Next, Ishiyama talked about what he felt after remaking his own materials and what he wanted to do even more with them.

Good response on social media

After participating in the training session, I received comments from within the agency that the materials were easier to read. Furthermore, I created a second version based on the materials I remade at the training session. When I posted each version on social media,The post received a positive response, with comments and more likes than the average for the same month.

I want to be a voice for spreading the idea of creating easy-to-read materials.

At the training session, we learned that using jump rates and weights can add contrast and visually communicate the priority of information.

After the training session, I had the opportunity to create presentation materials with several other people, and as a result of taking the initiative and keeping in mind what I had learned, the materials were praised by those around me as being easy to read. When other staff members come to me for advice on creating materials, I would like to share the know-how I gained through this training session.

I want people to feel closer to the government

City hall plays a major role as a contact point for citizens to seek advice and handle procedures, but some people may avoid it because they have an image of it being ``stuffy'' or ``cold.''By making notifications from city hall easier to read and giving them a softer impression, we hope to be able to change the "stiff" and "cold" image of city hall in a positive direction.,I felt that this would make city hall feel more familiar to people and make it easier for them to visit.

Morisawa:
By participating in the training on "communicative" materials and acquiring the skills,Work efficiency improves, and increased awareness and enthusiasm for "communicating"Participants have become people who can spread the idea of creating easy-to-read materials within their organizations.I found out that...

Morisawa's training doesn't end with just attending the courseI hope you understand that!
Participants can utilize the ideas and skills they learned in the training to create materials that communicate effectively in all the content they create in their work.Skill development across the organizationWe can connect this to the next level!
