Mr. Sato is responsible for formulating major plans such as the Inabe City Comprehensive Plan, population vision, and comprehensive regional revitalization strategy, as well as conducting administrative evaluations and reforms. He is also in charge of the city's new strategic projects, including public-private partnerships such as the signing of an agreement with Morisawa.
