*All copyrights and other intellectual property rights for works submitted to this contest by applicants will belong to the applicant who created the work.

*The applicant will be deemed to have promised to our company and the organizer that he/she will not exercise any personal rights, such as the right to reputation, right to privacy, right to publication, right to display name, right to maintain identity, etc., regarding the submitted work.

* Regardless of whether the submitted work wins or not, the Company may post the submitted work free of charge on this website and on social media services managed by the Company for the purpose of publicizing and advertising the contest, promoting it, announcing the results of the judging, etc. (Expected publication media: Morisawa Inc. website, official X, media, etc.) Furthermore, if necessary, the Company may omit, partially amend, or modify the applicant's nickname and free-form entry fields when posting the work.

* After the contest period ends, applicants acknowledge in advance that they will not be able to cancel, withdraw, or delete their submitted work without our prior consent, regardless of whether they win an award or not. The same applies if the applicant cancels their membership after the contest period ends.

Works that fall under any of these categories will not be selected for any reason. Please note that the decision on whether or not a work falls under these categories will be made at our discretion.

*We will not be held responsible for any problems that may arise regarding the application, selection process, or other issues related to submitted works (including but not limited to rights). We ask that any issues be resolved between the parties involved.

*Each person may only submit one entry. Please refrain from submitting multiple entries.

*Works that are not eligible for selection Works that are deemed to fall under any of the following will not be eligible for selection.
・Content that is obscene, cruel, discriminatory, or otherwise offensive to third parties
- Anything that infringes the ownership rights, intellectual property rights including copyright, honor, trust, privacy, etc. of other users or third parties.
・Anything that violates public order and morals
・Submissions that deviate significantly from the recruitment theme
- Expressions that constitute racism, ethnic discrimination, religious discrimination, or sex discrimination, expressions that slander others, obscene expressions, political expressions, or propaganda
- Any other work that the Company deems inappropriate to publish
