On July 1st, I participated in the "Japanese and Western" event, "Ask about fonts" at Kanazawa College of Art, as an advisor for the Moripass club of the "FONT SWICH PROJECT"!

The event was held in the form of a roundtable discussion with the organizer, Ueda Hiroto, and Professor Sakano Toru of Kanazawa College of Art, followed by a question and answer session in a relaxed atmosphere.

How do you determine the price of fonts?

"What's 〓?"

"What font is this? How do I find it?"

And so on, there were a lot of simple questions that you wouldn't normally get to ask.
At times, the conversation was frank and we answered questions about fonts.

Participants said, "I want to know more," and I hope there will be another event like this.
I felt very happy.

At the event on July 2nd, Akira Toyoshima, the author of "Suzumushi",
A typeface creation workshop was held.
