Report from the Osaka venue on May 31stHere
We will now provide more details, including a look at the venue.
Part 1Lecture by special lecturer Mr. Sakuma
Although Sakuma's lectures were the same in Osaka, Tokyo, and Nagoya, he enlivened the venue with expressions and examples that matched the atmosphere and interests of each audience. At the Tokyo venue, he gave many specific stories from his time working for a local government. There was laughter, and the lecture proceeded in a friendly atmosphere from start to finish.
UD fonts saved me."Communicating" is self-satisfaction! It's meaningless unless it's "communicated."
By changing the text used on paper to a UD font, information is conveyed correctly and inquiries are dramatically reduced, which means less time is spent responding, allowing for more efficient work and ultimately improving the quality of public relations!
I've heard that UD fonts are good, but what exactly is so good about them?
The message that "focusing on ease of viewing and understanding will lead to increased work efficiency" seemed to resonate well with participants with such concerns.
The layout can be the same
There may be many people in charge who think that they must always have a new layout (page structure) and that it must be different from the previous feature article. The message, "If you think you have to change the layout every time, it's just self-satisfaction! If the goal is to get the message across, then there is also the option of not changing the layout," was an eye-opener. Above all, we must not neglect the goal of "getting the message across."

Part 2: New proposals from Morisawa
Nitano from the Sales Planning Division gave an explanation about how we at Morisawa can improve the public relations skills of the entire agency.
Our main proposal was to find out how to improve the public relations skills of all employees, not just public relations staff, and to come up with a plan for the "Easy-to-Understand Material Design Program," a newly launched training program aimed at employees within the agency, aimed at improving their skills in creating material designs that "reach" a wider audience.
What is the staff training proposed by Morisawa?
This training is not just a lecture, but also aims to improve skills through hands-on work. Morisawa will correct and provide advice on data created by participants within one month of taking the course.
We support training that leaves no one behind and can be immediately applied in the workplace.
This training has been very well received, not only for the participants but also for the organization. Many people at the Tokyo venue expressed interest in hearing more about it. For more details, please seeHereYou can also check it from here.

Part 3: Lively exchange of opinions and an endless networking session!
After greetings at each table, there was a lively exchange of opinions and everyday concerns. During this time, Sakuma also went around the tables, joining in the social gathering.
Participants were heard to express their concerns in a number of ways, including, "It's the same for us," and "Yeah, I agree." After sharing their concerns, participants began to explore solutions. Specific approaches were shared, with participants asking, "What do you do in situations like this?" and "We solved it by doing this." Many participants gained new insights into difficult issues after receiving advice from Sakuma and Morisawa staff.
At the Tokyo venue, several groups presented their solutions to their problems. I'm sure Mr. Sakuma's comments energized everyone in their work.
