We will now provide more details, including a look at the venue.
Part 1Lecture by special lecturer Mr. Sakuma
No matter how many times I listen to Sakuma's lectures, I always discover something new and learn something new. I'm excited to see what he'll have to say this time.
As the theme was "learning from the basics," there was a lot of information to cover, from the most important points to ideas for the next step. As it was held in the spring, there were many new employees.
Create effective PR materials efficiently! Avoid overtime (as much as possible)!
Sakuma generously shared his "secrets," including the basic rules necessary for efficient work and the things he kept in mind when he was in charge of public relations, along with some of his own experiences.
As has become customary, participants were able to ask questions in real time using the web service "Slido," and there was also a Q&A session for Sakuma. The participants nodded enthusiastically as they listened to the real concerns and questions of the PR staff. After empathizing with each other's concerns, Sakuma gave some straightforward advice.
Real, unscripted answers! Everyone was taking notes, trying not to miss a single word. A pen you're comfortable using is essential for this seminar.

Part 2: New proposals from Morisawa
Nitano from the Sales Planning Division gave an explanation about how we at Morisawa can improve the public relations skills of the entire agency.
How can we improve the public relations skills of all employees, not just public relations staff? This newly launched training aims to improve the document design skills of internal government employees."Communicative Material Design Program"We made a proposal regarding the following.
What is the staff training proposed by Morisawa?
This training is not just a lecture, but also aims to improve skills through hands-on work. Morisawa will correct and provide advice on data created by participants within one month of taking the course.
We support training that leaves no one behind and can be immediately applied in the workplace.

Part 3: A lively social gathering
The Osaka venue was as expected! It was lively from start to finish, with greetings of "Nice to meet you" flying everywhere, and we could see people sharing their daily worries and actively exchanging information.
This time, participants were first divided into groups based on their concerns, and then they exchanged ideas and ideas on how to solve their concerns. Even though they had the same concerns, it seemed that some groups were able to come up with new ways of thinking and concrete actions to take towards solving them by exchanging information.
In addition, a "public relations paper viewing corner" was set up at the venue, where many people brought their own public relations papers and used them as reference during their talks.
