Guest: Nao Nagashima from Toyota City and Enomoto Koji from Sagamihara City!

Mr. Nagashima was involved in the creation of proposals for the public call for "SDGs Future Cities," and was selected as the prefecture's first SDGs Future City in June 2018. He currently runs the secretariat of the "Toyota SDGs Partner," which aims to raise awareness of the SDGs and solve local issues through public-private partnerships, and is working to achieve the SDGs and make Toyota City a "normal city of the future."

After working in the tax, welfare, and general affairs departments, Enomoto has been involved in promoting the SDGs in the policy department since 2018. Since being assigned to his current department in April 2020 with the launch of the SDGs Promotion Office, he has been working to promote the SDGs and build a collaborative system with companies and organizations, with the motto of "making the SDGs easy to understand."

We invited two people in charge of promoting the SDGs to talk about their daily efforts, future public-private collaboration through the implementation of the SDG Partner System, and examples of how Morisawa products are being used.

The MC for all three days will be former Miyoshi town employee, Sakuma Tomoyuki!

Born in 1976 in Itabashi Ward, Tokyo, he served as a civil servant in Miyoshi Town, Saitama Prefecture, for 18 years, where he was responsible for tax, nursing care insurance, and public relations. During his time there, he self-taught himself in public relations, design, photography, and videography, winning the Prime Minister's Award at a national public relations competition and leading the town to become the best in Japan for local government public relations. He retired in 2020 to become independent. He currently serves as a visiting researcher at Waseda University's Manifesto Institute, a public relations advisor for Nakano Ward, Shimanto Town, and Kitamoto City, and a member of the Ministry of Health, Labor, and Welfare's Pension Public Relations Study Group. He also supports companies and works nationwide as a public relations design and human resource development instructor. His publications include "Easy Office! Civil Servant Design Techniques" and "Work Techniques for First-Year Civil Servants." As a photographer, he is the author of Juice=Juice member Kanazawa Tomoko's second photo book, "Like Miyoshi Town." He is also the representative director of PRDESIGN JAPAN Co., Ltd.
