Q. What kind of creative activities do you do?

A. I mainly work on assignments. I'm interested in editorial and booklet production.

Q. The moment when the font's sensitivity was turned on

A. I became very interested in fonts after learning about them in class.

Q. What is your favorite Morisawa font and why?

A. "Small Gothic." It's not as strong as other Gothic fonts, and it gives off a softer impression, making it easier to use.

Q. What do you think of the teachers at this school?

A. I think all the teachers are wonderful. They give detailed feedback, and they keep talking and giving lots of examples until I can apply it to myself and understand it. They take their time to teach me!

Q. The moment the switch turns "OFF"

A. I usually relax when I'm at home and watching movies.

I really like the works of director Wes Anderson. The colors are beautiful and even if I just stare at them without thinking about anything, I am influenced by them.

Q. What would you like to challenge yourself with in the future? What are you interested in?

A. I would like to explore the expressive possibilities of typesetting.

I would like to try out various expressions to show how the impression of Japanese can change completely depending on the ratio of hiragana, katakana, and kanji.
