Q. What kind of creative activities do you do?

A. I usually work on assignments, but because of the light music club I belong to, I am sometimes asked to make flyers and stickers for bands and decorate venues.

Q. The moment when the font's sensitivity was turned on

A. I think it was after I created an original font in a class in my first year. I started to become interested in letters in various situations.

Q. What is your favorite Morisawa font and why?

A. "Gakusan European Block Letters."

I thought it was a simple font with beautiful lines. I like the clean, straight lines and neat circles, and the lowercase letters are particularly beautiful.

Q. What do you think of the teachers at this school?

A. There are many kind teachers. All of them are good at drawing students into their discussions. I am grateful that they can explain things clearly even if I go to them individually after class.

Q. The moment the switch turns "OFF"

A. When I'm alone, I start thinking about all sorts of things, like (I like that color scheme) or (What should I do about that assignment?), so I meet up with people I'm close to or go to familiar places.

Q. What would you like to challenge yourself with in the future? What are you interested in?

A. As I look forward to job hunting, I haven't yet chosen the field I want to work in, so I'd like to try a variety of different things!
