On June 26, 2025, Morisawa held a seminar titled "Raising the Quality of Local Government Public Relations! Learning from Advanced Cases and Creating Public Relations Rules Within the Government." Over 200 people, primarily local government employees from across the country, participated on the day. The lectures, which addressed issues faced by local governments, and the practical know-how that could be put to immediate use were met with an overwhelming response.

Mr. Sakuma, who led the public relations reform in Miyoshi Town, pointed out the common mistakes that local governments make when disseminating information."Government perspective"Explained with slides and examples.
He emphasized that simply changing "policies to increase the birth rate" to "making it a city where it's easy to raise children" would increase empathy, and the audience nodded in agreement.
